Rick loves helping people fulfill their life’s financial dreams, especially when it comes to buying a home, and this has been his passion for over 20 years, attaining many awards for being among the best in the industry. Rick has a deep love for family, grew up in North Carolina, and graduated with a BS degree in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina.
His specialty is listening. It’s super important to understand the buyer’s income, assets, and both their long- and short-term financial goals to make sure they are making the right financial move. Rick has been known to recommend clients NOT refinance because it’s too expensive, or it doesn’t align with their goals. He always says, “I love helping people, and sometimes I get paid.”
Through thousands of conversations with prospects, he knows the questions to ask and understands the back-end underwriting guidelines to give someone the answers they need to either move forward quickly or take care of some of their personal challenges to set themselves up for success.
